Michael Bolton is a tester, developer, testing consultant, and a conference presenter. He also writes for Better Software Magazine and trains people in Software Testing.

I invited Michael for an interview because I think we have so much to learn from him! He co-authored books on Testing, he organized workshops, he chairs the TASSQ meetings in Toronto – he’s a wealth of information and testing knowledge. But most of all, Michael is very approachable, modest and has a jovial personality, encouraging people to recognize within themselves the ability to test – testing is about asking questions and making observations.

In this episode Michael talks about how did it all start and the top three challenges testers have.

Enjoy!
